On 24 February, Vilnius hosted the premiere of the new virtual reality experience “Creation of the Worlds”, which brought together more than 60 guests. The guests had the opportunity to experience a unique journey through the unseen worlds of Mikolas Konstantinas Čiurlionis and to meet the creators of this project.
The project is distinguished by its innovative solutions and immersive experience, implemented by the creative team Muona studio. Their professionalism and creativity have been an integral part of the project, enabling the vision of the developers to become an immersive reality. Therefore, the opening of the evening focused on thanking the creative studio for the visual solutions and Vilias Puronas for the soundtrack.

According to the director Vitalius Žukas, “The goal of Muona Studio was not only to implement technological solutions, but also to convey the vision of the creators as accurately as possible, giving the audience the opportunity to not only see, but also to feel new worlds. We are delighted that this premiere was a great opportunity to appreciate our work together.”
An important part of the project is the soundtrack created especially for this VR experience by composer Vilius Puronas. His music subtly envelops the worlds of Čiurlionis, adding emotional depth and heightening the experience. Vilius Puronas has recently gained particular fame as the soundtrack composer of the film “Pietinia Kronikas” (The South Chronicles), which is currently playing in Lithuanian cinemas .
“When we created the sound for “Creation of the Worlds”, we wanted the music not only to accompany the audience, but also to become an invisible bridge between reality and virtual spaces. I am delighted to be a part of such a modern and innovative project that expands the audience’s experience and boundaries”, says Vilius Puronas.

As well as being the first to see “Creation of the Worlds”, the premiere gave participants the opportunity to talk to the creative team, ask questions and get a closer look at the process of creating VR experiences.
After the screening, the team behind the project was delighted: “Seeing people’s reactions and admiration as they travel through the worlds we have created is the biggest reward for the whole team. Virtual reality today allows us to immerse ourselves in incredible experiences, explore art in a modern way, and spread the important message about Lithuania’s most famous artist and composer, and we are happy to be a part of this process,” says Lukas Verpetinskas, Strategic Producer for Development in Lithuania.
The guests who were interviewed during the evening were full of nice words: they described the view as a “fairy tale” from which they did not want to come back, they were delighted by the enchanting views of the flood, the serpent scene and the city, and they recommended it to everyone.
