Additional commitments
By purchasing tickets/gift vouchers for an event, customers undertake to use them within the validity period stated on the ticket/voucher. Once the validity period of the ticket/voucher has expired, the tickets are cancelled and no refund is given to the client for unused tickets.
The time and place of the event indicated on the ticket may be subject to change at the discretion of the Event Organiser. Late spectators shall not be admitted to the event at the Organiser’s discretion or may be shown an incomplete version of the event.
The event organiser is not responsible for personal belongings left behind by customers.
For certain locations, the Client is informed before purchasing the ticket that in order to use the ticket purchased, he/she will be required to purchase a ticket for the museum or other institution.
The organisers have the right to refuse entry to or exclude any person from the event on grounds of public safety, i.e. if the person is behaving in an unacceptable manner, is likely to cause harm to the health of others, or is likely to cause disturbance to, or injury to, others.
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees that the ticket may be filmed and/or photographed and that the photographs or video material may be used publicly (including, but not limited to, on social networks, other portals and/or other mass media) in any manner or by any means, including the use of the photographs or video material for promotional or other commercial purposes.
The purchaser and his/her companions (if purchasing a ticket for others) are aware of the potential for balance problems during the film screening when purchasing the ticket. Please assess your own individual state of health before the start of the film. People with vestibular problems, heart or other health problems, pregnant women, people under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not recommended to watch the film and are responsible for their own consequences. If the participant experiences vestibular problems or other unpleasant sensations, he/she must stop watching the film immediately and not attempt to stand up from the chair until he/she feels able to stand.
Customers purchasing discounted tickets (student, senior, disabled) agree to show a valid document confirming this before the start of the event.
Insurance
The event is not recommended for the following persons: under 6 years of age, pregnant women, elderly. The use of virtual reality goggles is prohibited for persons who are drunk or under the influence of drugs or other substances, mentally disabled, in poor health and other persons at increased risk of poor health, persons who are tired, ill, stressed, suffering from migraine, epilepsy, using a pacemaker, etc.
Content use:
We are not responsible for the content on your website. You agree to defend us in any legal dispute arising out of the use of your website. Links may not appear on a website that is (or may be) construed as defamatory, criminal or illegal, or that infringes or supports the infringement of the rights of third parties.
