Return of goods
Right of the buyer to withdraw from the contract of sale, replacement and return of goods of satisfactory quality
- The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods by notifying the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods shall not apply to the Buyer if one of the contracts listed in Article 6.228(10)(2) of the Civil Code has been concluded, namely the right of withdrawal shall not apply:
– for contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
– for contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; - The Buyer shall notify the Seller of the cancellation of the contract of sale by filling in an e-application form. Upon receipt of the Buyer’s request, the Seller shall immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt of the notification.
- The 14 (fourteen) day time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal is calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Civil Code.228(10)(3), namely, in the case of a contract of sale, from the date on which the Buyer receives the ordered goods or (a) if the Buyer has ordered more than one good in one order and the goods are delivered separately, from the date on which the Buyer receives the last good; (b) if the goods are delivered in different batches or instalments, from the date on which the Buyer receives the last batch or instalment; (c) if the contract is for regular delivery of the goods within a fixed period, from the date on which the Buyer receives the first of the goods.
- If the Buyer has withdrawn from the contract of sale before the goods have been delivered to him, the Seller shall treat such withdrawal as a rejection of the order and shall inform the Buyer accordingly at the e-mail address indicated by him.
- If the Buyer withdraws from the contract of sale and purchase in accordance with the procedure provided for in Clauses 1 – 4 of these Rules for the Return of Goods (hereinafter – the Rules), the money shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller has received the Buyer’s notification of the Buyer’s desire to exercise this right, and if the Goods have not been returned by the Buyer, the time limit provided for in this Clause shall be calculated as of the date of return of the Goods to the Seller.
- The Buyer shall have the right to replace the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to him with similar goods of a different size, shape, colour, model or finish. The Buyer may exercise the option provided for in this Clause of the Rules only if the goods are not included in the list provided for in Clause 7 of the Rules, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise. If a price difference arises as a result of the exchange of goods, the Buyer must pay the Seller the recalculated prices. In order to exercise the right provided for in this Clause, the Buyer shall complete the following with the specified returned goods e-return form .
- If the Buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the purchased goods, the goods shall be exchanged and returned in accordance with the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No.738 of 22 July 2014. Within the period provided for in Clause 6 of these Rules, the Buyer shall have the right to replace and return any goods which are not included in this list, unless the Seller agrees to accept or replace the goods included in this list:
– perfumery, cosmetics and toilet preparations;
– fabrics;
– knitted men’s, boys’, women’s or girls’ underwear;
– tights, stockings, socks and other similar articles;
– sewn men’s, boys’, women’s or girls’ underwear, nightdresses, pyjamas and similar articles;
– brassieres, girdles, corsets and similar articles;
– toys, games, other than sporting or fishing goods;
– plants, animals and foodstuffs of a kind suitable for food; - Upon receipt of the goods returned on the basis provided for in Clause 7 of these Rules, the Seller shall replace them with the same goods only in the shape, size, colour, model or completeness specified by the Buyer. If the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Seller shall refund the money paid for the goods to the Buyer. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller has received the Buyer’s notification of the Buyer’s wish to exercise this right, and if the Goods have not been returned by the Buyer to the Seller, the time limit provided for in this clause shall run from the date of the Goods’ return to the Seller.
- The money provided for in Clauses 5 and 8 of the Regulations shall be refunded to the Buyer’s bank account, unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
- If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract of sale or to return the goods in good quality, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the goods and the delivery costs.
Replacing and returning faulty goods
The defects of the sold goods shall be eliminated, the defective goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions and the Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods in the electronic shop shop shop.angelutakais.lt, and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- If the Buyer has purchased goods of inadequate quality and has indicated this in the handover and acceptance document (if not, the provisions of Clauses 1 to 10 of these Regulations shall apply) or if the inadequate quality of the goods is due to a manufacturing defect existing at the time of purchase or to a failure to comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, the Buyer may return the goods and, at its option, may demand:
– the Seller to remedy the defects in the goods, free of charge, within a reasonable period of time, if the defects can be remedied;
– to reduce the purchase price accordingly;
– to have the goods replaced by an equivalent product of the same quality, unless the defects are minor or due to the fault of the Buyer;
– refund the price paid and withdraw from the contract of sale where the sale of goods of inferior quality constitutes a fundamental breach of the order. - The Buyer may choose only one of the remedies provided for in Clause 12 of these Conditions. The Buyer must express his choice when returning the goods. If, after the Buyer has chosen the remedy provided for in Clause 12, the Seller is unable to implement it, the Seller shall offer an alternative remedy provided for in Clause 12. The Buyer shall not be entitled to change the remedy chosen. The Buyer shall not have the right to terminate the contract of sale if the defect is minor.
- To return the goods, the buyer must fill in e-request for return or exchange of goods.
- The Buyer may exercise the right to return goods of unsatisfactory quality within the time limits provided for in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code.
- The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer’s returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- The Buyer shall pay for the delivery costs and the costs of returning the goods, and the Seller, if he is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to inadequate quality, shall reimburse the Buyer for the costs of delivery and return, except for the exceptions provided for in these Terms and Conditions and in the rules of the purchase – sale of goods in the electronic shop shop shop.angelutakais.lt.
- The money shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer’s bank account unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
- Refunds are not available for goods that have been damaged intentionally or negligently (by chemicals, water, open flames, high temperatures, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules for use or storage have been violated, or if the goods have been used improperly or for an improper purpose.
- Separate rules for the return of faulty goods may be set out in the warranty documents that accompany them.
- If the right to return faulty goods is exercised, the Buyer shall be refunded the price of the goods, the delivery costs and the costs of returning the goods.
Other return conditions
- If the Buyer has been delivered the wrong goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately, but no later than within 5 (five) working days after delivery of the goods, by e-mail to info@shop.angelutakais.lt or by calling the telephone number +370 603 23035. The Seller undertakes to collect such goods and replace them with suitable goods at its own expense. In the event that the Seller does not have the goods ordered, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the money paid for the goods(s). The money shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller has received the Buyer’s notice of cancellation, and if the Goods have not been returned by the Buyer to the Seller, the time limit set out in this clause shall run from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees to the refund being made to the Buyer’s bank account unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
- The Buyer may only exercise the right to return the goods if the time limit for returning the goods has not been missed, the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance, and the goods have not been used. All returned goods must have authentic labels, protective bags, original packaging and undamaged protective stickers.
- If the Seller has provided the Buyer with a gift(s) together with the Goods, these must all be returned at the same time as the Good(s) being returned.
- When returning the goods, the Buyer must provide the sender’s address and pack the goods properly so that they are not damaged during shipment. The Seller will not refund money for goods that have been damaged during shipping. The Seller shall not be liable for parcels which have been sent incorrectly packaged, with an incorrect address, or if they have been lost or damaged during the course of shipment.
- If the Buyer has purchased a set of goods in shop.angelutakais.lt, the Buyer must return the entire set of goods to the Seller, i.e. the Buyer may only exercise his/her rights for the return of the goods in respect of all the goods in the set. In the event that at least one of the goods in the set does not meet the requirements set out in Clause 23 of these Regulations, the Seller shall have the right to refuse to accept the return of the entire set of goods.
- The Buyer may return the Goods by courier or by post. The Goods must be returned to the Seller at the address specified by the Seller in the acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal notice sent to the Buyer .
- The Seller has the right not to refund the Consumer until the goods have been returned to the Seller.
- If a price difference arises as a result of the exchange of goods, the Buyer must pay the Seller the recalculated prices.
Delivery
The products offered on our website are delivered by LP Express couriers directly to your home within 2 – 3 days, at a delivery cost of EUR 6. Our aim is to ensure fast and convenient delivery so that you can enjoy your purchase without any hassle.
Phone cases are delivered by DHL FREE of charge.
If you buy a phone case and another additional item in one order, the standard delivery price is €6.

Our online shop uses DHL services to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your order within 2-3 days. When you order an item, please provide your exact delivery details and contact information so that we can successfully arrange delivery according to your desired parameters.
