Session and visit

What is the difference between the experiences and how long do they last?

Trail of Angels lasts 23 minutes.

Creation of the Worlds lasts 30 minutes.

The total session duration is approximately 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the city. This includes preparation, instructions and, in some locations, projections shown before the VR experience.

From what age are the experiences recommended?

The virtual reality experiences are recommended for children aged 6 and over. However, the final decision is always left to the parents.

Before the experience, we recommend talking to your child and explaining what to expect, what they will see and that they will need to sit calmly during the experience.

Our staff will remain nearby throughout the session and will provide assistance when needed.

Can I wear my own glasses?

Yes. The VR headsets are designed to be worn over standard prescription glasses.

If your glasses are particularly large or have an unusual shape, you may find it more comfortable to wear contact lenses or use the VR headset without your glasses.

Our staff are always ready to help. Feel free to speak to them during the session and try both options to find the most comfortable solution for you.

Will international visitors understand the experience?

Yes. The VR experiences do not contain spoken narration. They use only music and visual imagery.

A short introductory presentation is shown before the experience. It is suitable for international visitors and includes English subtitles.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. An electronic ticket displayed on your phone is sufficient.

Should I arrive early?

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your session.

Can I take photographs and videos?

Photography and filming are permitted in the shared areas. However, the VR experience itself may not be photographed or recorded.

To respect the privacy of other visitors and the quality of their experience, please do not photograph or film them without their permission.

What happens if I am late?

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your session.

Late arrivals may not be able to join a session that has already started. In this case, the ticket may be considered used.

If you are running late, contact your selected location as soon as possible. Subject to availability, we may be able to offer you the next available sessio

Can we book another date if we miss our session?

Under our booking terms and conditions, tickets cannot be moved to another date once the booked session has already taken place.

Please provide:

  • A clean room without direct sunlight.

How do I complete a Culture Pass booking?

Search for Creation of the Worlds on the Culture Pass website.

Regardless of the titles of the educational programmes, we can either visit your school or welcome your group at our locations in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Šiauliai.

If your available Culture Pass funds cover the full €10 price, book the following educational programme:

“The award-winning VR film Trail of Angels, based on the works of M. K. Čiurlionis, at your school.”

If your remaining Culture Pass balance is lower, you can use €5 from the Culture Pass and pay the remaining amount at the venue. Book the following educational programme:

“A Lesson of the Future: discovering the works of M. K. Čiurlionis through the interactive game Kas tu, Kastuk?”

IMPORTANT: If you are not completing the application yourself, ask the person submitting it to include the school, teacher and class in the comments. We may receive several applications from the same school.

Once the application has been submitted, please inform us by email at edukacijos@technoklase.lt.

The Culture Pass system is not synchronised with our booking system. Only session times confirmed by us by email are valid. Times entered in the Culture Pass system are not considered confirmed.

When and at what times can educational programmes take place?

At our permanent venues, educational programmes usually take place during the venue’s opening hours. In exceptional cases, other times may be arranged.

Times for outreach events can be arranged by email at edukacijos@technoklase.lt or by phone at +370 664 45241.

What is the minimum number of participants required for an educational programme?

Small groups are welcome at our permanent venues and public events.

We travel to an individual school when there are at least 80 participants. If the school is located more than 150 km from Vilnius, the minimum number of participants is 90.

The decision also depends on other circumstances, not only the distance. Each request must therefore be discussed individually by email at edukacijos@technoklase.lt or by phone at +370 664 45241.
