1. GROSS.

1.1. These rules set out the procedure for the promotional game “Let’s Celebrate Čiurlionis’s Birthday Together” hereinafter referred to as the GAME. The GAME is conducted to promote the virtual experience “Creation of the Worlds” (hereinafter referred to as “Creation of the Worlds”) and to reward viewers on the occasion of the anniversary of Čiurlionis’ birth.

1.2. PLAY takes place at Creation of the Worlds screening venues from 22 September to 5 October 2025.

1.3. The PLAY is open to all visitors except employees of MB Virtualiai and UAB Okta, as well as persons related to these companies, their family members and close relatives.

2. PROCEDURE FOR PLAYING THE GAME

2.1. The PLAY takes place during the Creation of the Worlds sessions, during the opening hours of the locations, every day until the end of the PLAY.

2.2. To participate in the game, visitors must purchase tickets or make a reservation for a screening of Creation of the Worlds or Trail of Angels during the PLAY period. Ticket prices may vary depending on the city or location chosen.

2.3. Persons who have purchased tickets outside the period 09.22-10.05 will not participate in the PLAY.

2.4. The PLAY promoter shall not be liable for any disruptions in internet connections or bank transfers when trying to purchase tickets for screening sessions.

2.5. By participating in the Game, a person shall be deemed to have read and accepted the GAME Rules.

3. DETERMINING THE WINNER AND PRIZES

3.1. The PLAY promoter shall set up all prizes of the PLAY from its own funds or from the funds of the PLAY partners.

3.2. The prizes are:
3.2.1. Wooden puzzles from Fantasy Puzzles (10 pieces);
3.2.2. Silk scarves from Donum (10 pieces);
3.2.3. Glasses cases from Pitextile (50 pieces);
3.2.4. Cosmetic bags from Pitextile (9 pieces);
3.2.5. Colouring and drawing books and Avenueart (30 pieces);
3.2.6. Postcards from Avenueart (70 pieces);
3.2.7. Notebooks from Ajonda (12 items);
3.2.8. Magnetic bookmarks from Ajonda (20 items);
3.2.9. Paper bookmarks from the Creation of the Worlds collection (3600 items);
3.2.10. Postcards from the Creation of the Worlds collection (1200 pieces);
A total of 5000 prizes will be given away during the PLAY period. Prizes and quantities are subject to change during the game.
Paper bookmarks will be distributed to all visitors of the educational and private sessions during the PLAY period.

3.3. Upon arrival at the selected screening and upon presentation of valid tickets, the visitor is allowed to participate in the game and “spin the wheel of fortune” on a tablet provided by the organiser.

3.4. The computer system shall randomly select a prize for a PLAYER from among all the prizes in the PLAY to be won by that PLAYER. Any attendee of a session (excluding private sessions and educational visitors) with a ticket for a valid session shall be deemed to be eligible for the PLAY.

3.5. Participants of the PLAY may “spin the wheel of fortune” once with a valid visitor ticket. Re-entry to the PLAY is possible by attending the next session and showing a valid ticket.

3.6. The winning prize is not exchangeable, the prize may be forfeited by the PLAYER, but may not be exchanged for a prize in another category.

3.7. Any award of a PLAY prize may be cancelled by the PLAY Promoters in the event of a breach of these Rules by a PLAY entrant or in the event of any other instance of fraud or forgery by a PLAY entrant. In any event, the decision of the PLAY promoter is final.

3.8. Any prize acquisition costs shall be paid by the PLAY promoter.

4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Winners of the PLAY part will be identified by providing the PLAY promoter with proof of name and a valid ticket for the selected session from 09.22-10.05. The participant of the PLAY agrees to the processing of their personal and PARTICIPANT data (name, surname) by the PLAY promoter. The WINNERS of the PLAY agree and authorise the EXECUTOR and persons chosen by the EXECUTOR in its sole discretion to publicise their names as participants. The information may be made publicly available on the internet, in the press, on television, radio stations and other public information media.

4.2. By becoming a participant of the GAMES, the person confirms that he/she is informed that, in case of winning, his/her personal data and the PARTICIPANT’s data (name, surname) will be processed by MB Virtualiai, as the controller of the data for the purpose of conducting the GAMES during the period of conducting the GAMES and for a period of 3 months following the end of the GAMES in the manner provided for in these RULES and the rules of the CONTRACTOR’s Personal Data Processing. After the expiry of this period, the Personal Data shall be destroyed by deletion from the PLAY databases.

4.3. All data processed for the purpose of the GAMES shall be obtained directly from the participant of the GAMES. The personal data processed for the purpose of the execution of the GAMING by the participant in the GAMING shall only be accessible (to the minimum extent necessary for the provision of the services) by the GAMING promoter. He shall apply appropriate safeguards to protect the personal data of the PLAY participant against unlawful processing.

4.4. In the event of winning a part of the GAMES, the participant of the GAMES shall be obliged to provide the personal data specified in accordance with the Rules, as it is necessary for the organisation of the GAMES. Failure to provide the specified personal data will result in the participant being unable to be identified by the PLAYER and to participate in the PLAY.

4.5. The participant of the GAMES has the right to: request access to his/her personal data, to rectify his/her personal data that are incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, to demand the destruction of his/her personal data, to restrict the processing of his/her personal data in the cases provided for by the legislation, and to have a right of portability of the data, and, if he/she believes that the personal data are being processed unlawfully, to lodge a complaint with the State Inspectorate of Data Protection.

4.7. The participant of the GIVEAWAY is hereby informed that if he/she requests the GIVEAY promoter to restrict the processing of his/her personal data or if he/she submits a request for the destruction of his/her personal data processed for the purpose of the GIVEAY, the participant shall be deemed to have terminated his/her further participation in the GIVEAY and shall be excluded from receiving the prize of the GIVEAY, automatically, unconditionally, and without any further notice. Such withdrawal from the GAMES will not affect the processing of the participant’s personal data prior to the GAMES and the consequences of such processing.

4.8. The participant of the GAMES may contact the GAMES promoter by e-mail bilietai@angelutakais.lt regarding the processing of his/her personal data, the exercise of his/her rights, the security measures applied, and any other questions related to the protection of data.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. The PLAY promoters may amend the PLAY rules by notifying the website www.angelutakais.lt. Amendments shall take effect from the moment of their publication.
