M.K. Čiurlionis’ virtual reality experience “Trail of Angels”

Čiurlionis left us a big and so full world in his paintings and music, along with a very inspiring quote – “I picture the world as a big symphony”. Indeed, things are different these days. There is a lot of anxiety, fear, silence and uncertainty… Our whole world is made up of the individual movements of a symphony, but the whole sounds even more beautiful and spectacular. The virtual reality experience ‘Trail of Angels’ is a glimpse through VR glasses into another world. No one who has seen the experience will lie to you that seeing more than 60 paintings by M.K. Čiurlionis in that world is a refreshing, calming and inspiring experience.
It is a 25 min.
Session duration: 30 minutes (reservation required). The experience is adapted to a seated position. Recommended for children from 6 years old.

Awards: the project wowed audiences at the 2018 Venice Film Festival, 2019. In the UK, he won the prestigious Lumen Prize for Art and Technology. 2020 m. Awarded the Silver Crane for Professional Excellence.
