It is important for us to ensure transparency in the processing of your personal data. We affirm that the protection of personal data is important to you, our customers, and we are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy and personal data of each data subject.Therefore, in this information text we describe how and where we process personal data. <\/p>

For what purpose is personal data collected (processed)?<\/strong><\/p>

Your personal data is processed for:<\/p>

  • to ensure that the purchase process is smooth and that the post-purchase service is timely and professional,

    – to ensure that your information is accurate and up-to-date,
    – for direct marketing purposes, i.e. to provide you with offers, promotions, discounts,

    What categories of personal data do we collect?<\/strong><\/p>

    We process your personal data in order to administer your purchase process in the shop.angelutakais.lt online shop. In order to register and make a purchase on the shop.angelitakais.lt e-shop, you must provide the following information. If you do not provide the necessary personal data, you will not be able to carry out the purchase process and we will not be able to sell you goods or provide you services: <\/p>

      Shop.angelutakais.lt receives personal data from data subjects themselves. All such personal data is obtained only with the consent of the individual.

      Legal basis for processing personal data<\/strong><\/p>

      angelutakais.lt\/parduotuve\/ processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related to the protection of personal data, as of 25 May 2018 – the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data). <\/p>

      angelutakais.lt\/parduotuve\/ collects and further processes your personal data only for the legitimate grounds defined in the legislation – in order to conclude and\/or perform a contract concluded with you, with your consent, when the processing of personal data by Shop.angelutakais.lt is obliged by the relevant legislation and when the processing of the personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest of Shop.angelutakais.lt (only if the interests of the data subject are not overridden by the data subject’s interests).<\/p>

Personal data is generally kept for as long as reasonable claims may arise from the contractual relationship. Unnecessary personal data shall be destroyed.
      We strive not to retain outdated or unnecessary information and to ensure that personal data and other customer information is kept up to date and correct. <\/p>

This obligation arises from the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. The information may be disclosed to other parties if it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract or for other legitimate reasons. The information may also be disclosed to other parties at your request in connection with your contractual obligations to other parties, such as leasing companies, banks or other financial institutions.<\/p>

          – to object to the processing of your personal data where the processing is carried out or is intended to be carried out for the purposes of direct marketing or for a legitimate interest pursued by Shop.angelutakais.
          – to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time;
